Hello everyone.

Completely new to the salt water game.
I bought a used 180 gallon setup from someone on cl and have a few things in the tank that i would like some help identifying.

In the first picture I'm curious about that pinkish purple anemone looking thing. there are a few in the tank. They are tiny. I'm hoping they are in fact anemones.

In the second picture. What do you guys think that weird looking sack thing is. It kind of looks like a spider egg sack / dinosaur egg but it's sort of fuzzy looking.

Thank you very much for any help!

First one I'm not 100% sure but looks like a baby yuma possibly. Second looks like a sponge of some sort. Also welcome to R2R hope you enjoy it here.

Gotta go with him on that baby Yuma and ball sponge. Can't give you an exact scientific name on the sponge as there's so many of them . If that's on your liverock though you got some good biodiversity
