Help me identify these things in my tank please

So to give a bit of history of my tank. I have been upgrading tank size a few times. Last time I bought a guys complete setup rock included and kept live in transport. I have noticed the one thing alot and fairly quickly upon setting up the tank. The worm thing like a small feather duster but there is now several of them on a few different rocks. Refer to video uploaded.
Next I see the small spiral thing on a rock that has webbing attaching itself to things kn a tank like a spider web. I dont know what that is.
Lastly there are several of the little heads that are white that I have uploaded. They are all over my tank and have no idea what anything is. Please help me I dont know if they are good or bad for my tank.

The white circles are Pineapple Sponges, harmless, they filter feed so I prefer them. The spiral one is some kind of snail, I forgot what it’s called but I’ve been told their bad. You can cover them in super glue to smother them.

Do they just start on their own and they basically just feed on crap in the tank?

I see a feather duster first picture. Second and third is pineapple sponge. Forth picture is a vermetid snail. The only one you need to remove is the vermetid. Put some glue on it.
