Help me identify this puffer please

have you tried anything with garlic? Live brine Shrimp? A Ghost Shrimp or 2? My last puffer was nuts for bloodworms or angelfish food. Just my .02
Looks like a snail, crab or shrimp eater to me. I have not kept one in a home tank, but have worked with many. Love them, but would not work as I have reefs. Try some clams fresh from the store cut up. Maybe some squid fresh too. Scallops may be a good one for it too.

Ive tried brine shrimp as well as krill with garlic and still nothing. But i havent tried anything livr but i will tomorrow

Fresh clams! From the seafood section of your grocery. Same with the shrimp(peel and break off head and tail, cut up), scallops and squid.
Also liveaquaria does sell live feeder shrimp. If you have another tank where you can put a cleanup crew, you could order $75 worth of build your own kit, then buy the feeder shrimp and it will ship free.
I make all my food fresh with ingredients from the store. Make sure you wash them really well.

Looks like a very thin Stars and Stripes puffer to me. The cloudy eyes suggest either medication or high ammonia in the water. If this isn't the case it may well have flukes or ich that has clogged it's eyes. Either way that fish is not going to make it I don't think.
