Help me identify this yellow spongy thing

Anyone can tell me what this is? Found in my sump. Seems to be getting bigger. Should I be worried? Or should I keep?

Looks the same as the sponge that you wash dishes with.

Is this sponge bob?

Looks like a sponge. Generally harmless unless growing over the tops of corals. Neat one you've got there.
