I hope hope this isn't dinoflagellates, but im starting to see what appears to be green hair algae with bubbles in them. I used a turkey baster to blow them off and within a day they are back. It doesnt appear to be stringy or snot like but not sure.

You can clean up the water with changes. Have you tested the water? I had the same crap and slowed my feeding down, added a GFO reactor and its all gone now. I have a 75g and do a 10g water change every weekend.

Yes, pretty frequently with ICP test. Nitrate practically zero or 0.01 mg / l
Phosphorus is 4.91 μg / l
Phosphate 0.02 mg / l

According to @ATI North America i need to dose nitrogen and phos. So confused?
