Hi folks.
I just got back from the LFS and took a chance on this acan frag. It's a really pretty neon pink like I've never seen before. I got a great price on it but that's only because it's doing pretty bad. Most of the outer part of the coral is bleached and bone but the center still has some flesh. I've placed it in the shade under a rock for now. What do you folks think? Any advice or tips to help get this guy to torn around?

That looks about 98% gone and probably not pink once recovered.

Perfect water parameters and put it the shade. Thats about all you can do to help it.
Would be good to know what the parameters are of the tank it came from and the tank its in.

Thanks for the response. I figure it was worth a shot. I don’t know the perams of the lfs but mine are:
Sal 1.026
Cal 470
Alk 8.3
Mag 1500
Ph 8.1
Nitrate 2
Phos 0.04
Temp 78

Yea just knowing their salinity is usually enough.
I try to avoid things from the LFS here since they run low salinity.
