need help picking which way to go with lights on a 20 gallon frag tank!!


Heres the specs of the tank


20 gallon regular tank(24 inchs long)

All types of corals

power head is a tunze 6025 and also have a 150 watt heater

still dont know if ill add a skimmer or not


so please answer the poll and LMK why you went with what u picked!

Bro I would go with a 250w. I just got this light and I love it. It is honestly well built for the price. The bulb I did change though because it is to yellow. I got this for one of my frag tanks and now may get another.

I am running it on a 12" deep tank right now. Total gallons about 25.

Oh it is better built than that picture shows. It has a switch for the fans and moonlight. I opened it up and it look pretty well built. Like I said though you need a bulb if you want good color.

I agree with Rev - A 250 would be nice for a 20 gallon

I have a 150w on my other 12" tank and I am not happy. Doesn't do the job for frags IMO.
