I got a blenny yesterday and she hung out in a hole in the rock. I turned off the lights for about 30 mins and I turned the lights back on, and she moved to a spot where I couldn't see her. Later that night I did a feeding and I didn't see her. This morning I woke up and couldn't find her. I still can't find her even though I threw in some food pellets. Any suggestions?

blennies can be shy and will hide, sometimes for prolonged periods. The only way to be 100% sure is to remove all the rocks, but keep in mind that depending on the size they may even hide in small holes in rocks

I’d give it a bit more time to acclimate to your tank

many fish hide for a few days and dont eat. the blenny may also be scraping algae film off the rocks and not come for pellet feedings at all. you can try other food as well. id give it a few more days

Very stubborn fish at first but will open up. Just to rule out..... they are jumpers. Look around tank floor to assure this was not the case

If you have an AIO, check the back portion. I had a blenny that liked to hang out in the return section.
