Just picked one up from a LFS about the size of an iPad when fully opened. Tentacles are fully extended there's just one small patch on the edge that,s either retracting or receding. Hard to tell at this point. I know Ltp are pretty difficult to keep alive for extended period of time but got a fair deal so I thugt I'd try to save it. Photobucket is not letting me upload pics so ill try to post some later. In the mean time please advise. Thanks,

Not too strong flow, just enough to gently wave it's tentacles and some direct feedings will go a long way. I also found low-medium light is best.
Goodluck! :)

Id just go with mysis, but there are pellet foods specifically designed for LPS that are supposed to work really well. Just drop some into his tentacles, not his mouth and he should feed himself. He may not accept food straight away if he's in a bad state, but be persistent and he should accept it eventually. Just remember to feed any fish first, this will help stop them from stealing the corals food and possibly nipping the coral in the process.

Tried Spectrum pellets but its not feeding still. Didn't care for mysis. Ate a few brine shrimp so at least it's eating for now. I noticed it opened up real big with natural light but expand 70% of its size with t5ho.

How does it look? Is it's colour ok? Do any tentacles look like a deflated balloon?
You said earlier there was a bare patch showing, has any of that healed yet?
Sorry for all the questions, but if it's looking ok and beginning to heal, it should be ok. It may not be accepting food until its acclimated to your tank 100%.

Hey sorry for the late reply. It's doing much better now with each WC. Tentacles are fully out and accepting food albeit took a long time to feed. Up to an hr to get a piece of shrimp to its mouth. Thanks!
