Help me setup my skimmers

Just setup my reef ocotpus 200 InT set the valve to below the neck. Pump speed 50% 3rd option. I want it mostly for oxygenation. How we looking im new to skimmers. How do i set wet skim or dry skim

and also how do i set it so it doesnt suck my nutrients

If you just want it for oxygen and don't want it to remove nutrients, run it with the cup off (or with the plug removed from the cup.)

If it’s new and your just now setting it up their will be a break in period of at least a week or two . Read the manual as to how to best run that unit for during the break in period .
 
if your bubbles are breaking at the collar where the cup attaches and you are running it at 50% then you should be fine for now. just let it run like that for a week and don't adjust it at all unless it overflows. in which case open the gate valve a turn or two, pr lower the pump speed to bring down the internal water level. skimmer needs to slime up;)

post a video of it running after several days and we may have more suggestions for you. seems like you may be on the right track.
