Poor guy was getting better, but over the last day and a half, seems to be spreading. I'm pretty sure this is a fungal infection, but please help me determine what it is and how to treat it! Appears to be "scab-like" growth around the face, and some deterioration of the fins. Appetite is normal, no flashing, no heavy or fast breathing, and all other fish are happy and healthy.
I have a hospital tank setup and ready to go.

Medications on hand are:
Fin & Body Cure (doxycycline)
Fungus Cure (Victoria Green B & Acriflavine)
E.M. Erythromycin
General Cure (metronidazole & Praziquantel)
Ich-X (Formaldehyde)

That looks like a nasty bacterial infection, think you are going to need a broader acting antibiotic regiment than you have on hand like Nitrofuracin Green . Methalyne blue might also come in handy as a bath if its having trouble breathing before running through the Nitrofuracin Green treatment.

Are you referring to the combination medication or nitrofurazone by itself?
No trouble breathing now.

The combination med as this will cover the widest range.
So should I not attempt any other medications or treatments in the meantime?
Also, do you have any recommendations as to where I should purchase the combination med?
I scoured my two lfs, petco, and petsmart and could only find the products I have on hand currently.

Is he new or have you had him awhile?

With new clownfish, I'm always paranoid about brook: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/brooklynella.247938/
Hes fairly new, been around for about a month. I'm almost positive it isnt brook or velvet, seeing as it hasn't spread to any other fish, and the other clown this one is paired with is constantly in physical contact with it. From what I've read, the symptoms arent there. But anything is possible.
Any particular signs you're familiar with that I should keep an eye out for?

Heavy breathing & skin peeling if it is brook.

Treating with Kanaplex + Metroplex would treat for both an infection + brook. So, you'd be covered either way.

Agree. With what you have on hand I would get him in water with the GC asap. Add Kanaplex when you can get your hands on it.

I will run the general cure for now
I'm still looking for recommendations on where to buy nitro green combo medication suggested earlier. I believe I can get metroplex and kanaplex through amazon (gotta love prime!)

Decent price for the kanaplex, metroplex and focus combo?

Bit of an update, had some heater problems with the qt which delayed getting the clowns treated.

This morning, he looked better, no more fleshy stuff on the face, and fin deterioration seems to have slowed. Been feeding with more selcon than usual since I noticed the issue.

Regardless, I did put both clowns into the qt (since they're always touching, I figured that probability of contraction was high)
I'm running the general cure, seems like I could only get half of it to dissolve, did some reading and found that it's a common problem with the medication.

I have metroplex, kanaplex, focus, and Nitro green ordered.

My question now is, can I or should I run any other medication in combination with the general cure? Or run its course until the other meds arrive?

I would add the Kanaplex when you get it just to be on the safe side. The GC has the Metro in it, so I wouldn't add more of that. I've never used the Nitro green so no opinion on that one.
