Right under the coral its whiteish glue looking think

Is that bad . How do they grow what causes it .

Not bad and they tend to grow in systems with a good amount of nutrients. If it bugs you, you can remove them fairly easily by gently scraping them off the plugs while at the same time being careful around the corals.

They look like sponges to me. I don’t generally pay to much attention to them until they start
To choke out the frag. Sometimes they can start to overgrow zoanthid frags and other polyps really quick.

So I should scrape them.off that will be better yah

What's that manjo sp anemone?
Majano (possibly),in your 4th pic. Many consider them a pest, although can be beautiful. Can multiply, hard to get rid of and sting like nobodies business. Maybe another close up of that one if you can?
A white sponge, I have had for years, mine not a very fast grower at all...in fact has shrunk a bit now. I think there are likely several different varieties?
