Do you have power heads ?
All your coral like : medium lighting , medium water flow
Make sure you keep the hammer and torch away form each other

yes ofcourse just in the old tank atm

anyone else willing to help out :p want to start moving coral in today

First is to start them low in the tank. To much light to start usually is worse than not enough light.
My AUS gold torch is about 19" from the lights with a lifting pulse flow from the wave makers.
Brain corals and favias I usually see pictures of them on the sand bed.
Zoas can be placed anywhere really if they are not a deep water or low light specimen. Some like more flow than others, but not an irritating flow. It is still has a soft flesh.
Montipora like good flow, but not sand blasting.
The coral will speak to you as to what it needs, but a general start at the bottom will be best till it acclimates to the lighting.

Agree, I would start placing the frags low, actually in the sand and start moving them upward, they will let you know, by how much they open up and by letting their tentacle loose, favias can be nasty, so separate them from other frags as they will sting other frags. I agree with above, keep the torch and hammer separated as they can go into battle with each other. Personally I love torches, so I would eventually place the torch on the left structure on the top to the right, or just to the left of the 2 table platforms on the top of the structure. We all have or own flavor of how we would place things, if you ask several reefers u will get several answers in placement, lol. I know it can be hard as we all have had to do it, but the rock structure and placement of frags is an extension of our personality and who we are. Your first choice is usually your best choice as far as placement goes. Your rock structures look great, have faith in your choices for placing your frags. Good Luck!!!

Thank you i was starting from the top to the bottom :p appreciate the advice :) also didnt know favias could be that bad.

Oh yea, favias are beautiful and I have about 15 or so, but they can send tentacles out roughly 3 plus inches, I have several that don't send tentacles out that far and I have others that send out tentacles that are twice as long as the frags is.
