Do you know how much Alk your tank is consuming while dosing kalk?
If you do, then you can use this calculator and get your dosing back within in range what your tank was consuming while dosing Kalk.
You are safe to stop dosing kalk and switch straight to 2 part, just know how much uptake your tank is using.

Test your water and dose it to the levels you want. Then test every day When the levels have dropped as far as you are willing to let them go, dose them back to where you want them. Now lets say your alk went from 9.0 dKH to 6.0 dKH over 3 days. And given your tank size and whatever you use to dose, lets just say you needed 300ml of soda ash. Then you start dosing 100ml of soda ash a day.

Bulk Reef Supply has a calculator for things including 2 part in various formulations. Calcium dosing is pretty easy. As long as you don’t have really high usage, dosing about right and testing weekly will work. I test for ALK daily. I have a doser set a bit below my consumption level and I hand dose the difference.
