I have an Innovative Marine Nuvo 40. I'm dealing with a lot of fish crap building up in my sand bed. (Fiji Pink, about 1 1/2 high). Theres about 30lbs of rock in the tank, with an arch, placed in the center of the tank so the fish can swim all around it, and through it. A few pieces of small rubble scattered in other places along the bottom. I have 2 power heads. One is the Innovative Marine wave link, and the other is a Koralia 3rd gen. Each is placed about 1/3rd down the tank, in the front, parallel to each other. I have the IM wavelink running at 8 out of 9, and the Koralia is just whatever the setting it comes out of the factory at. I get a lot of fish poop built up in various areas all over the sand bed. I can see it just sitting there. I have tried having one power head in the front of the tank on one side, and the other towards the back of the tank on the other side. Still no change. If i put them too low, then I am left with a tornado of sand in my tank. I have had the tank running for almost a year, and I can never seem to find the sweet spot to keep this S**t suspended in the water column. Just looking for some tips you might have.
