Hello so I was doing a test today again and my test didn’t came out much different to the one before one week my tank is now 1 week old and I got caribsea liferock and live Sand and dosing bacteria from fauna marine .
And I’m not sure again about the ammonia .
what do you think ?

the lower the ammonia the better. do you see nitrite? nitrate? a week is very short. if you are adding ammonia or food or have a fish these will produce a reading of ammonia. then the bacteria that you put in will eat that ammonia. so if you have not seen an ammonia increase the lack of much ammonia is not necessarily a good thing. look up the ammonia cycle and read up on it for details. are you tracking your results? during my first weeks i checked the ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate every two days so i could see the spikes in the readings.

I have liverock and Sand from caribsea and adding nitrifying bacteria from Fauna Marine other then that I do nothing .
