Help me with water level?

My roller matt red sea 1200 water level is high inside its just below the sensor: i tried to remove water but same thing. I dont know why

oddly I have the same issue, basically I think its the flow rate exceeding the mats ability to drain out through the fleece, in my particular case it was a setup issue following a roll change..… advance the roller a lil and try reducing flow a lil see what happens…
Hopefully someone else will chime in that had this issue solved…

Wait because the roller matt i didnt turn it on yet. I just advanced the roll with my hand and the wster dropped lmap
 
Yeah... That is kinda how they are designed. When the water level backs up enough to hit that switch it advances the roller and the water level will drop again until the fleece clogs back up. Then rinse and repeat. Normal operation you will see the water level fluctuate between the bottom of the fleece and the switch. That way you get optimal life out of the fleece and aren't constantly changing it out.
