My tank has been like this for the past two months it’s the uglies when or how can I get throughs this ever since I switch to a better light the tank is 5 months that old

It looks like there might be a few things going on (hard to tell with the lighting), but it does appear to include green hair algae (GHA). There are several ways to treat GHA including a product called Vibrant, adding a refugium, and more. Whatever you choose I would start by manually removing as much as you can. Additionally, I recommend that you do search for "green hair algae" and "GHA" here on R2R in order to confirm what you have and to see many other treatment recommendations. Good luck!

i have a refugium installed its a hang on the side one that i crafted outa some old stuff
