You guys, I bought 100 friggin 3mL pipettes on Amazon last week and cannot for the life of me remember what I thought I needed them for.

I'm suffering from a severe case of CRS. What would YOU buy 100 pipettes for? ;Wacky

I use them to disburse all my liquids such aas Pohls, aminos, etc.
Also used to place a drop of tank water on refractometer and when I state to add 1 ml of liquid bacteria per ten gallons- This will do it for you

Dosing/ feed fish/ testing want train be a chemist ha ha but sure they will come in handy.
When you remember tell us what actually bought for ^_^

3ml is a little odd …
Other than drops for refractometer I can’t think of anything .

if it was 5ml for api test kits ,
It 10ml for Hanna .

salifert nitrate needs 1ml
Salifert alk needs ..4ml .

I have been looking everywhere for 10ml syringe but can’t find them anywhere

Perform the worlds slowest water change?
Im actually literally just about do wc and will use my coral feeder ( like large pippete) so suck up detritus in sump as sump only few inches off floor using hose to syphon is only slow tedious rate so will try just suck up the gunk with large pippette of sorts ^_^ but wont be full 20% wc with pippette lol

I have a thing of 100 too. They were pretty cheap. I use them for water testing and dosing.

right now my war coral has a small wound on it from damage and the skeleton showed long enough for some algae to take hold, the rest is coral flesh and 100% preventative of algae but when the skeleton showed that was enough anchor point. through chemistry the algae attached prevents new tissue from sealing the hole, that dropper can place 1 drop of 35% strategically in place. leave on 30 seconds, rinse off, repeat weekly the coral wound will close because that target burn takes out the plant allelopathy

side note
must not own 35% peroxide around kiddos its not even worth the risk. when my child was little and I used some, I dumped the rest out after use and threw out the bottle. that cost me eighty bucks in 35% let the record reflect. 35% peroxide can't be present even for accidents, it can't be in a kid home yep. that they sell it OTC at healthfood shops I find to be shocking. its danger level can't be understated.

So you never need to buy more, lol?
When your Hanna vials lose the white line these will come in handy.
When your Hanna checkers Almost lose the white line, run to harbor freight. They have a Super cheap, diamond dip engraving tool that will perfectly score the outside of the glass reinforcing you line forever.

I bought the hundred pack, but only because I have a lot of QT tanks and I need to check salinity without cross contamination.
