OMGGGG 911!!!! what the heck is this and how do I get rid of it?! I was cleaning the sand and water and I sucked this thing up!!

Looks like some sort of worm. There are a lot of worms that can pop up in reef tanks, most of them harmless. It's probably fine.

How big is it, and do you see any more?
The length is as long as a dime and skinny like a toothpick… this is the only one I found

Looks like on my phone, either a detritus worm or baby spaghetti worm
 
It’s gone, flushed it down the toilet. Are they bad for reef? I heard most worms are reef safe.
NO but get long, eats sponges and other small inverts sucking the juices out of them
 
Oh, yeah, those particular ones aren't ideal. Not horrible, but they can damage some desirable organisms.
