Help! Micro bubbles !

Hi guys,

Bought a 29ga biocube 3 weeks ago. Cycle is almost done. The water was crystal clear But just 3 days ago I noticed I had TONS of particles flying around. The only thing I can think of is that it started around the same time I removed my bio balls. Is it possible that it is from that? I haven't put in the media basket yet so The water now drops about a good foot before it hits the bottom of the chamber which i think is causing lots of micro bubbles. What do you guys think it could be? Any other possibilities ? I'll post a pic below

From what I can see, it looks like micro-bubbles. When I had my bio-cube I put live rock rubble in place of the bio balls and never had trouble with bubbles.

If your water is spilling into a empty #2 chamber that's probably where your bubbles are coming from.. When you get your media basket filled and inserted into chamber #2 it should help a lot to reduce micro bubbles, even with a full media chamber I still have some small bubbles in my Biocube Now and then but I don't worry about it to much.
