My midas blenny stopped eating a few days ago. One eye is popping and he has some visible sore spots on his side. I actually just caught him by hand. What can I do?

Beautiful fish. Wow! You caught it by hand. That's not a good sign. Usually one eye "popping" is the result of an injury. But the other spots/sores are troubling. Consider giving the Blenny a bath in an acriflavine product like Ruby Reef Rally for 90 minutes. Make sure to heat and aerate. Then treat with antibiotics for bacterial infection: Kanaplex, Furan2, Sulfaplex, or NFG powder are all good for treating bacterial infections in a QT.
Bacterial infections are usually secondary to some other cause. Has the Blenny ever been checked for flukes with a freshwater dip? The sores could be from flukes attacking your Blenny.

Thanks! Not sure how flukes would have been introduced. Haven't added anything for months, and the last thing that went in was in QT for 3 months. Nice fresh QT is about ready so hopefully you're right about the antibacterial. Never used Kanaplex before.

Kanaplex is a very gentle antibiotic. Give it the full 10 days up to 14 if you need to keep it going. Best of luck.
