Help? Monti and Mushroom assassins

I have a Pink Lemonade SPS and there's a monti cap that is growing hecka fast pretty close to it. How can I make sure he doesn't kill my Pink Lemonade. Also on the other side I have a Rhodactis Mushroom that is trying to sting my Miyagi Tort. How can I un mount it or get rid of it?
