Looking for tips on how to move a leopard wrasse with as little stress as possible. Had him for about 2.5 years and he's fat and happy as can be. Would hate to lose him during what should be an otherwise easy move.

My plan now is to remove all corals and rocks first. So it'll just be him on a 40g with sand.

Should I wait till he burrows and then try to scoop out all the sand he's in?

Worried about trying to catch him and damaging his beak.

Advice much appreciated
