If reusing the rock from the 15g then no cycle is needed.

Would it still be ok if all my corals are attached to the rock or no? I am just nervous about losing some of my pieces

You'll need to keep coral submerged in water, same as if shipped.

I meant will the corals be fine when they get put into the new tank uncycled
If reusing rock from current tank the new one won't be "uncycled".

I only have one rock though and it’s the one with all my corals on it lol
That rock will support what ever life it did in the previous tank. Any new rock added will go through the algae phases as normal.

Alrighty thank you so I should just setup the tank like normal heater and then just bring the rock in a bucket with all the corals acclimate then it should be good? Maybe add some nitrifying bacteria in just in case?

I don't think the bacteria would even be necessary. During the transfer you're bound to stir some things up and experience a little die off. Just keep an eye on levels and change water as necessary.
