Help! (MP40WQD Anti- Sync)

I am trying to set up 2 mp40s situated across from each other so that they will be in anti sync mode in Reefcrest. Ideaily so the flow will be much stronger in one direction for about 30 seconds, then switch directions.
How do I do this? Can anyone help?
Are there any good videos?

Just with the buttons. I will be getting a wxm for Christmas.

Do you have the manual? Using the buttons on the controller, you need to clear the memory of both pumps. Then set one as the master, the other as a slave. Then on the Master pump select ReefCrest at your desired max intensity. On the Slave pump, set it to anti-sync at 100%.

Unfortunately, there’s no easy way other than following the manual and doing it yourself. It starts on page 11 here...
