Help mushrooms multiply

I’ve had a nice big Actinodiscus in my tank for about 8 months now, it’s gone from the size of a dime to about the diameter of a tennis ball. I’ve heard the best way to get them to multiply is by having them move because they leave behind smaller mushrooms (Laceration). What’s the best way of doing this if I’m not able to move my rocks. Thanks

hi,place small pieces of rubble/disks under advancing foot ,once attached start cutting foot.
@LRT would be better at explaining this ... :)
 
I know with anemones the best way to get them to move is by having all or most of you water flow aiming at it I think this might work since mushrooms are built similar.
