I agree with @Benga. We need more information about your setup. Parameters, time established, time the anemone has been in, etc. Even if something is off or you moved too fast there may be things that can be done to help. It is frustrating when there is a problem, but we all want to help. Be patient and we can work through it together.
From the picture it does not seem bad, really. A full tank shot for perspective would also help. Thanks!

We need a complete posting of your latest water parameters. Be sure to include your temp and salinity in addition to all of your test numbers. In addition, it would be helpful to provide us with a list of equipment. What kind of lighting do you have on the tank? What about filtration? Do you use a sump? Do you have a protein skimmer?
The nice thing about Nems, if they are unhappy due to light and water FLOW, they typically will move to an area of tank which provides them with the light and flow they need.
Generally speaking, Nems can be difficult to keep. Tanks need to be well matured before you can successfully keep them.

Someone out there put something smart here.
I have been in contact with him via text. He does not speak English very well. from what I can determine, he overdosed reef roids (30 grams) directly into the anemone and also has very low par. The tank is only about three weeks old and it is his 1st nem. He has another nem that is bleached and his tank is his first tank.
