help my anenome

hey question for all of you my anenome swallowed one of my frag rock with my zoos on it i tried to get it out but the frag rock is stuck in thier and i cant get it out id this okay will he poop it out or will he just spit it out

I think the anemone will be okay. It will likely spit the rock out when it's good and ready

I agree I think you would do more harm by going in there and digging it out....
