Help my BTA looks funny

Over the past few hours my bta has slowly been shrinking in on itself from one side and I can see it’s mouth puffed up. is it something I fit it or is something else happening?

Looks like it might be splitting

Depending on how it’s mounted and the structure of the rock, one portion could be sunken in while the other side is more exposed.

The bta looked fine this morning it just started to shrink in on it self.

i don’t think so. I had this bta for about 2 weeks now does it split that early? I am feeding every day?

Looks fine to me. Mine do all sorts of things regarding shape, deflation, and extension. Do you have a cleaner shrimp? Sometimes mine will retract on one side if my shrimp decides to poke around. I'd leave it be and watch it.

Ok thank you for the advice, I don’t have a cleaner shrimp do you think it is because I am over feeding it?

Mine randomly does this too, no clue why. Sometimes before food, sometimes after, sometimes in light, sometimes in dark… I’ve just come to the conclusion that anemones are strange and moody creatures… kinda like my girlfriend

I love nems but they do there own thing . I’ve read over feeding can bring on splits. I feed my nems once a week brine shrimp or mysis
