Help my clownfish has dots

Hi my clownfish has dots around his body and I checked other fish and none of them has it.

my tank is full of corals and I did 10gallon WC and took the old water to QT tank set up today. Should I transfer him over and treat or treat whole tank?

I’ve had him for 2 weeks now and he did not have those spots

Are the clownfish hosting anything? It's a bit tough to tell from photos, but are these growths or discolorations on the clownfish?

Oh thank god. I just took 20mins trying get him out and finally did and saw the reply lol.
Going pit him back in DT now

No, I added a elegance and have a forest of hammer and frogspawn and large gsp colony

It looks black spot and it does seem like something after getting sting by corals

Looks like it got stung. Elegance would be very capable as hammer coral
Should subside as long as it does not get stung again
