Help my coral is shrinking [emoji33]

I got him from my lps he was more skeleton like but lately I've noticed him being more fatty like and shrinking???

is this normal??

Can you get a better picture with less blues and more in focus?

Looks like a acan. It's hard to tell from that image. Small pieces of coral frags are very delicate. Do you feed the coral? LPS do better with a feeding once a week.
Is your tank normally that blue ? A 20 K spectrum grows corals well.
