Help my Fungia please!

I've had this Fungia for a year now. No matter where I place it, feed it or type of flow, I just can't get it to perk up. Splotchy skin, very tiny tentacles, couple splits on the outer rim. I just don't know what to do for it any more.
One thing I've noticed. Baby Bristle Worms love to hang out under it. There's also a black spot on the bottom of it.

They are low flow and low lighting. I see an acan in picture and looks fine, so guessing perimeters are ok. The bristles worms under it may not be the issue. Are you feeding it?

Too much light

I've got it way off to the side. Running led's at 15%max whites and 55%max blues. All other LPS on the SB seem just fine.
Parameters are stable yes. ALK 8.1, Ca 440, Mag 1360, ph 8.2. I do target feed it 2-3x weekly Reef Frenzy.

Does it eat? Isn't reef frenzy a powder? If it is actually eating you may try meatier food or pellets. I would also move somewhere with shade and very little flow. Check at light to see if it is puffy.

Mine is more sensitive to flow than light..almost dead flow is best for full expansion

Reef Frenzy is a very meaty food. It does eat what/when I feed it. There is no place in my tank with lower flow then where it's at.
It does not puff up at night. Nor does it show any pe at night.
My last plate behaved nothing like this. [emoji45]

Block flow with small rocks or put a coral in front blocking it ....build a shelter for it ...if you have had it for a year it should be just fine with lighting. ..I grew mine from a zoa sized polyp on a wild rock
