Thank you . It has been receding for a couple of weeks but that was the first time for that. Neither of my LFS could help me either. Too much light? My par is about 125 where it is.My other hammers, frog & torch are good.

How long was it under 125 PAR? If it was recently purchased and you placed in under 125, that may have been much more than previously received. How long have you had it? Typically when corals retract (provided water quality is ok), it's because of too much light. When they're receiving too little, they will reach for it (typically expanding more than "normal"). Ejection of zooxanthellae is another sign of too much light. I cant say for certain because I dont know the history of the coral. With that said, corals can survive in too little light for months where the opposite can kill in less than a week.
@madweazl I've had the coral for 6-9 months. It's pretty much been in the same place the whole time. This is a pic from March 4th. My tank is 1year old -upgraded from previous tanks-so new not new.
My water params are steady.
