What can be wrong? I put it 10 cm above and still does not make bubbles. Is it related to the assembly?

Any help please...
thanks in advance

Is the air intake pipe clogged in any way? Looks like the pump is pumping water, but no air is getting mixed in.

I have a Curve 5 that looks the same when the air inlet is blocked.
Right where the air hose connects to the pump inlet you will get a buildup of ???? (Salt, maybe).
Disconnect the air hose and stick something thin and round into the air inlet, a wooden chopstick fits perfect and so does one tine on a fork, and push and twist until you can't feel any roughness on the inside of the inlet.
Bonus with the fork is that you can GENTLY ream out the air inlet to help delay future blockages.
Also, I did have it once that the salt creep built up in the air hose itself, just squeeze until it's clear.
