Help! My Neptune Apex Classic controller completely died spontaneously

My Apex Classic head unit (newer orange version, not Lite model) completely died last night. All day the Apex display screen was frozen with the time on it from last night, with all of the outlets labeled as "off." Of course I was at work and my wife just said the lights were off.

Now that I have power cycled the Apex, the screen lights up but is just blank, and none of the modules are working. I tried disconnecting the Apex from ethernet and restarting but no luck. What else can I try to get it back up and running?

I can't believe the Neptune Apex has failed me so catastrophically.

Isn’t there a push button fuse on the back side of the outlets? I remember seeing it on mine when I moved my tank.

well, i have two EB8's, each connected to a separate circuit of my house. Both currently have blinking green lights. And the head unit has a green light and screen lights up blank when I plug in the head unit. So I don't think power loss could be the issue.

Disconnect everything from the head unit. Find a 12v power supply that fits the head unit. Plug in just the head unit, the power supply and your display module. If still doesn't work, it's likely a hardware problem with the head unit.
