First thing is nitrates. They should be more like 5 or less, but not zero. Second thing is either you have the wrong number for alkalinity or what you tested for wasn't alkalinity. What test kit are you using?

Chloramines are sometimes used in heavily populated areas to treat the water. My corals hate chloramines

First off you need another test kit. Test strips are not accurate enough for reef keeping. I would recommend Sailfert kits.

Also if you got 300ppm on your test kit that is WAY too high that is around a DKH of 17 you should be aiming around a DKH of 7-10 which would be around 125 to 196 PPM
