Help my pineapple brain!!

First of all sorry for putting a question of coral in possibly a wrong forum.

I’m noticing thick but very short black tentacle sort of thing coming out of my pineapple coral’s polyps/eyes.

Also black spots are showing up on one or two places on it.

The colour is absolutely beautiful on it, but I can’t figure out what these things are and why is it getting black spots. Here’s a full pic of it.

I’ve a 180 gallon tank
Ammonia:0
Nitrate:0
Nitrite:0
Phosphate:0
Calcium:520
Kh: 12
Salinity: 1.025

Running two zetlight 6600, over it and on low intensity. Since the lights are very new.

Lol really?? If so it poops a lot then, and poops with same polyps/eyes all the time lol.
This black thing is present on 5-8 of its polyps/eyes on any time and as a matter of fact same polyps/eyes.

So is the mouth black or just black stuff coming out of the mouth?

Do you feed it?

A black can indicate that the coral has a disease, but it’s hard to tell from the pics

Black stuff coming out, more like short black tentacles, I can see them swinging. But they are really short not really like tentacles. Yes I feed it, I don’t target feed him often though like I do to flower pot and hammer. But sometimes I do. Rest I broadcast feed over it.
