Help! My pistol shrimp is killing everything!

My pistol shrimp is paired with a yellow watchman goby and is burying EVERYTHING IN SAND. So far he has killed by burying 2 scoly’s and a bunch of my acan colonies. I don’t know what to do anymore at this point. For months I’ve tried to keep up and unbury them every morning but when I’m at school he goes back in and buries everything all over again. Does anyone have any advice?

I’d remove him Especially if you want to keep your coral alive. Get a credit at your LFS

Agree. If you want to keep corals at the bottom of your tank then you probably don't want to keep a pistol shrimp.

My pistol keeps to the one side of my tank. Does yours do the same? Maybe just move your corals near his burrow to the other side?
