I use an app called aquarium note, it's got a tool for IDing colour differences, I've attached a picture of the tool. It's really useful for keeping track of your aquarium as well.

I would say pH between 8.2 and 8.4 and Nitrates between 5 and 10. Most people can differentiate small changes in color intensity; it's when hue doesn't even match the printed cards that things get...interesting...

I've been using this for a few years. I find it really useful because I have a hard time distinguishing between the shades of pink and blue.
Don't know whether it is available for IOS.

I saw someone post about an app yesterday that does the same but you can't track the aquarium it's just for colour ID. I'll try to find it
