I have a 70 gallon aquarium, fully cycled. I had this regal angelfish 2 weeks ago, first she never ate, step by step I've let it it, & till two days ago she was eating like a pig, she ate everything. Since yesterday, she's extremely lazy, she's not active nor swimming as it used & she never ate since then. She's a juvenile 4", physically she's 100% normal. Is she dying!!!?? Or how can I help?!!! Other livestock in the tank include a school of blue green chromis & a 3" sailfin tang. To be mentioned few aggression from the sailfin tang, but not so much & it's from day one, & as I see it started to improve. Any help?!!!!

Ph 8.1, ammonia & nitrite 0, nitrate is a bit high, it's 20 ppm, salinity 1.023. Btw right now I locked my sailfin tang in the sump, do u think this will help??! Or am I just stressing my sailfin tang?!!
Since there appears to be no physical aliment and water quality (20ppm no3 is a bit high but not lethal) is good, I'm leaning towards environmental stress or internal worms. A picture or video clip of your tank and the angel will help to understand/visualize the situation. NoPox can help to reduce the no3 level. Mine fish only tanks are about 5 to 10 ppm in no3.
Do you see any obvious physical symptoms on him? White dots or dust? Any weird spots or discolorations?
Any odd behavior? Heavy breathing, scratching, flashing, swimming into the flow of a powerhead, hiding/staying out of the light?
