Ok so I have this:

Soak mysis skrimp in it?

I would first be more concerned with how it happened. Was it trauma related? Was it poor water quality? Any ammonia? Is the fish being picked on? Was it injured by a net or something. Is it getting the right kinds of food?

Water parameters are great. Zeroes across the board. Not injured by net. I've never seen him being picked on by other fish.

I feed my fish Omega One and Mysis Shrimp frozen food. I also feed my tang Omega One seaweed.

I do weekly 10% water change.

Maybe a big swing in temp or salinity? If you check everything and your parameters are okay, then I'd just feed it heavily and hope for the best. It might go away in a few days or it might blind the fish in that eye. I'd do multiple water changes - every couple of days just to be sure. Can you test for copper? Did you pour fish store water in the tank?

I have had this happen before and if the fish eats and is strong it will go away.

Salinity is good.

Temp I set at 78F - During the day it gets up to 81F is that ok? I read somewhere that 83F is MAX?

When the seasons change we all need to keep an eye on the temp. Like I said, get your params right, do extra water changes. And, I'd run carbon, in case it is heavy metals. And feed it good.

My yellow tang had it before, It should go away on it's own, in about 4 to 6 weeks. just keep feeding it . I feed mine brown nori, spirulina brine shrimp, and formula two veggie flakes.

I'd recommend not letting your tank get above 80.

It's getting worse... The original eye is now bigger and the second eye is becoming bigger...

AH, Now ya gots Popeye
With the onset of Popeye, it is often best to do nothing. If it continues or appears to get worse, the best choice is an antibiotic treatment. Since the ‘true Popeye’ can kill, the fish should be moved to a QT and given antibiotics that will go inside the fish. One such is Maracyn Two for Saltwater fishes. For Popeye, dose Maracyn Two for Saltwater fishes at twice the recommended first dosage. If the fish doesn’t show signs of improvement in 4 or 5 days, stop the Maracyn Two treatment and treat with an anti-fungal medication (e.g., one containing Nifurpirinol).
