HELP! My Storm Clownfish with rashes!

Hi,

I got this cute storm clownfish from LFS.

and only after a day his face became scarred and his tail fin slightly damaged as well.

I watched over very carefully and no other fish seems to be picking on him.

It's 160L tank. with all the water parameter within normal range.

I wonder if this is parasite/bacterial/fungal infection!

Help will be much appreciated!

The most gentle treatment for your fish would be a bath in methylene blue.
