Help, my sweet clownfish is getting worse.

So the first picture is how it started. He was put in qt tank and treated with kanaplex. Other fish in tank definitely showed ich so all if my fish (4) are in the qt tank together with copper power at 2.5 as well as the kanaplex per box instruction . The next puct is him today , app a week later and he has slowly appearing to get worse. Still eating and active but looks to be slowly disintegrating.... water parameters are ...

That lesion is definitely serious since it is getting much worse. The trouble is, there are two possible causes: it could be a bacteria that isn't affected by Kanaplex, or it could be a rare fungal infection that would require a formalin dip. Nobody can say which direction to go by just looking at the fish.

Since the fungal infection is pretty rare, you might consider another antibiotic. Furan-2 (if you can find it) or Neoplex.

do you have an airstone BTW? Kannaplex and copper together will rly lower oxygen, do you regularly check copper? rocks in there can mess with it.

Yes, two air stones, one actually flows into pump head and gets blown around real good, tons of surface agitation with pump as well

Not anything as far as bullying that I've seen, the water isn't cloudy , they are in qt tub. It's a clear style Rubbermaid tub

I have been checking copper 2 times daily and keeping it at 2.5 pretty much constantly. The rocks I took out except for the one marine pure for filtration

I know Ruby Reef rally has it. be very careful, formalin and copper CANNOT be mixed, so be careful not to add any of it to the QT.

Stick together mostly, seem bonded well. If I ca t mix formalin and copper, can I take just the clown , dip him and put him back in copper?

i suppose, maybe switch antibiotics as jay suggested

careful of residue too! I would recommend trying neoplex first
