Help, my torch and hammer look sad

Over the last week or so my Torch and hammer are looking sad. They have yet to fully extend/inflate but within the last week or so they have been looking very sad (either completely retracted or partially extended/inflated) perams look to be fine. The only exception is I added a kessel 360w on top of my current usa loop marine pro lights. I was running the kessel at min illumination for entire photo period (630 starts sunrise(1 hour long period) and 8 starts sunset period (same as sunrise period -1 hour). I changed the kessel to running for two hours (12 to 2) at full intensity (as I have photosynthetic gorgs directly under). Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
