Help! My zoas have a problem

So I just came home from work to see what were very healthy and growing polyps just 24 hours ago to this...I’ve never had this happen to my zoas before, if anyone has any info it would be very appreciated!

Sorry to hear you are having some trouble with your zoas. It looks to me like they just got bumped by something. How long have you had them in your tank?

Thanks for the reply! I’ve had this frag for approx 4 weeks now and have already gotten some new polyps out of it, they are fully opened now and look normal but this morning I noticed that gash. I do have a blood shrimp maybe he nipped it? Just wanted to make sure it wasnt some sort of parasite
