Something on my zoa.
Yesterday it was fine. This morning it looked like it was surrounded by roots. They are white and cover the zoas. The palys are not as infested, but it is still on some of them.

I did dip it.

I have this in my tank too, but it doesn't seem to bother anything. Tagging along to see what you find out.

You could do a straight peroxide or freshwater dip. Don't do too many dips too close or the corals will get stressed out more.

Furan 2 seems to always do the trick. I dip any zoa that looks distressed no matter what is causing. They do better after 2-3 dips so far its been 100% successful in reviving zoas for me.

If they are white/opaque tubes then they could be sponges. I had some on some Zoas and they closed as well.
