Help need advice 125g in wall build visible from both sides?

So. I'm helping a friend build a 125 mixed reef. I have a 55 gallon sump , the top of the tank is approximately 6ft off the ground, he wants it to be visible from both rooms so I wanna run the overflows from the sides. And I wanna run the returns over the top My question is should I go with the mag 18 they say max head is 16.5,, w 1800gph max flow ,,, or the mag 24 that has a max head of 18ft w a max flow of 2400gph. I wanna split the return into four outlets and place eductors on the outlets and split them up

I currently work on a 150g penninsula tank. I used a 55g as a sump with a mag 18 for a return. Flow is created from two wp25s on either side of the overflow box. So far so good.

I use a mag 9.5 on my 75. Its split into 2 returns at a 4ft head. I would do the 24 if your going to do 4 returns. The easiest way is to pipe it first then use a head loss calculator and figure how much you would get from each.

Well I researched a mag 24 and a mag18. The mag 18 at 7 ft head pushes 1050gph. The mag 24 at 7 ft pushes 1375gph. So I'm gonna recommend he get a mag 24 or comparable thanks guys
