More than 2 weeks.he is ok .eat play but day by day this white thing spreads

Still tough to see clearly. There is a fungal infection that looks like that and grows larger over time. Formalin dips can control that, but formalin is tough to get and toxic to use.

is it possible the fungal clear by having good water quality ???or i have to use formalin??? ia formalin safe for reefs???

I cant say if it for sure is that fungus disease. If it is, and since it is growing larger, I think a treatment would be needed in order to stop its growth.
Formalin dips are done outside the tank so won’t harm you corals, but catching the fish out of a reef tank would be too difficult I think, it has to be done every couple of days.
