help needed decoding my tanks consummation info

If i test on day six instead of day seven. Does it really matter?

I did that originally. I believe. I tested, I waited three days determined the drop in numbers, set the pumps accordingly, waited three days and recorded another drop. stability was not achieved, set the pumps to match the tanks first montiered three day consuming rate and still registered an drop in ca and alk. But im new to auto dosing so could have messed up somewhere

I would say you're testing too often. As Randy said - set a rate then wait - adjust it after a week or so. There is a margin of error in the tests is ansl an issue (depending on which one you're using). I would also avoid manual dosing while you're doing this. It just causes more confusion.

A week will be this monday. Does it matter if i test a fay sooner. The suspense is killing me.

Imconsidering shutting the pump down for a week. Now that i can clearly see the tank is prepped for an easy consumation rate determination
